Privacy Policy
Short, because there is not much to say. This site runs no advertising and no behavioural tracking, and I do not do anything with your data beyond replying to you.
What this site collects
Almost nothing. There is no advertising pixel, no session recording and no heatmap tool on this site. I verified that before writing this page rather than assuming it.
When you use the free health check
The address you type is sent to my server so it can fetch that page and run the checks, and on to Google’s PageSpeed Insights API for the mobile speed scores. The result is held on my server for two hours so that it can be attached to your email if you ask for the fix list, and then it is discarded. Nothing is stored against you unless you give me your email address.
When you send me a message
I keep your message, your name, your email address and the website you mentioned, so that I can reply and so I have a record of the conversation. That is it. No CRM, no automated sequence, and no list you were added to without asking.
Server logs
My host records standard technical data on each request: IP address, browser user agent, and the page requested. These exist for security and troubleshooting, are handled by the host, and are not used to build a profile of you.
What I do not do
— I do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone.
— I do not add you to a mailing list because you contacted me.
— I do not run advertising or retargeting pixels on this site.
— I do not use your website data as a case study without asking you first.
Third parties
Two, both unavoidable and both named. This site is hosted by Hostinger, who process the server logs described above. The speed scores in the health check come from Google’s PageSpeed Insights API, which means the address you enter is sent to Google. Neither receives your email address.
Your rights
Email bill@belcamino.com and ask me what I hold about you, or ask me to delete it. I will do it and tell you when it is done. There is no form and no process, because there is not enough data here to need one.
Changes
If this changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. If it changes in a way that matters and you are a client, I will email you rather than quietly editing the page.
