ONE-TIME · $297
I will spend two hours inside your website and tell you the truth about it.
Not an automated PDF with a score on it. Me, screen recorded, walking through your site with the analytics open, saying what I would fix, in what order, and what I think it is worth. Plus the written list, so you can hand it to any developer.
What arrives in your inbox
A screen-recorded walkthrough, usually twenty to thirty minutes. A written fix list ranked by value against effort. And a straight answer on whether an ongoing retainer would be worth it for you, including when it would not.
When it arrives
Within three working days of getting access. Usually sooner. If I am booked far enough out that it would take longer, I tell you before you pay rather than after.
It comes off your first month
If you go on to a retainer within sixty days, the $297 is credited against your first month. So the teardown effectively costs you nothing except the time it takes to watch it.
And if it is not useful, you get it back
If you watch the walkthrough and honestly learn nothing you could act on, say so and I will refund it. I would rather carry that risk than sell you something disappointing.
THE CHECKLIST
What I actually go through
Technical
Crawl and index status, robots and sitemaps, canonicals and duplicate handling, redirect chains, HTTPS and mixed content, structured data, server response and caching, mobile rendering — everything the free check flags, plus all the things it cannot see.
Speed
Real Core Web Vitals field data where Google has it, lab numbers where it does not, and the causes rather than the score. Usually it is images, render-blocking scripts, and one plugin nobody remembers installing.
Search
What you rank for, what you nearly rank for, which pages are cannibalising each other, which pages should not exist, and where the realistic wins are given the authority you actually have today.
Conversion
The path from landing to enquiry, where it leaks, and what I would change first. Forms, calls to action, trust signals, and the bits of copy that are quietly costing you people.
HONESTY FIRST
Who this is not for
You already know what is wrong
If you have a clear list and just need hands, a teardown is a waste of your money. Email me and we will talk about the retainer, or I will point you at a developer who can execute it.
The site launched last month
There is not enough data yet to say anything useful. Come back when Search Console has something in it and the teardown will actually be worth paying for.
BOOK IT
Send me the address
Tell me where the site is and what has been bothering you. I will reply with exactly what access I need and how to pay. No card details on this page, and nothing is charged until we have agreed the teardown is worth doing.
